I'm pretty sure this is one of the same China made ones from eBay as well. I love the way it looks! And I haven't ever seen one on a W203 before myself.
The fitment of mine is not perfect, one side sticks out a little more than the other, but you can't really tell unless you look close. However, I think that was more to do with how it was originally mounted by the previous owner. It looks like they mounting holes were drilled by the owner and may have had no holes drilled from the manufacturer. It came with mounting clips, but they didn't match up at all, so I just went to the hardware store and got nuts and bolts.
The ones on eBay I've seen start at about $300 incl. Shipping I believe.

Found one problem with this grill. They didn't think about the hood latch handle when making it.
So the hood latch pulls out, but you can't pull it far enough to open the hood.
I'm going to have to try and dremel out a little section of the under part of the grill so I can pull the latch all the way.
