S-B-54.10/258 AUG 13 – Demonstration vehicles it is essential to connect a battery charger (output at least 40A) for supporting electrical systems on vehicles presented in the showroom. Inform customers the electronic systems are designed for use while driving. On vehicles that are not used, battery care must be started after an idle time of 6 weeks.
LI88.50-P-057071 AUG13 – MY2014 222 up to VIN 006848 with code 881 trunk lid closes too quickly, perform SCN coding of control unit.

LI91.40-P-057018 SEPT13 – 212, 176, 242, 246, 204, 117, 222 creaking noise from left or right front seat belt height adjustment mechanism, replace belt height adjuster.

Recall 2013110008 NOV13 – MY14 222 vehicles produced between 4/11/13 – 10/14/13 front seat belt anchor might not be mounted correctly and could release under heavy load, dealer will check front passenger seat belts. Approximately 290 vehicles affected.
Service Campaign 2013110007 NOV13 – MY14 222 rear SAM software does not correspond to current production configuration, dealer will update software. Approximately 775 vehicles affected.
LI54.15-P-057375 NOV13 – 222 up to production date 9/18/13 with at least one of the equipment codes: remote trunk closing (881), power closing (883), additional trunk lid lock (884) opening command (via handle flap, key, etc.) can cause software to enter an endless loop after which trunk lid can no longer be opened electrically. Trunk lid can be opened manually using mechanical key. Dealer will update software.
LI80.61-P-057752 NOV13 – 212 VIN A909083 – A920630 & 222 A020500 – A023037 Keyless Go (889) vehicle cannot be opened/closed or started via KG manufacturer fitted key with wrong processor. KG function worked in the past - yes, perform diagnostics; no, replace affected key.
LI27.19-P-057771 DEC13 - 212.098, 298 Bluehybrid, 095 Hybrid & 222.057, 157 Hybrid various transmission problems including intermittently cannot shift into reverse also CEL may light up. Oil pressure switch is faulty. If problem occurs in combination with fault code P087000, replace TCU.
LI54.15-P-057918 222 DEC13 up to 1/31/14 production side markers may light up continuously replace rear SAM.

Been to the dealership over the weekend and all S classes that were outside had condensation inside front headlight. Don't know if it's normal or an issue???

LI42.10-P-058354 FEB14 – 222.085; 082; 185; 182 squeaking noise front axle brakes when braking, replace brake linings.
LI32.22-P-058343 FEB14 – 222 vehicle drops at front axle on one or both sides overnight, replace air suspension strut.
LI64.10-P-058533 MAR14 – 222 (production between 12/18/13 to 1/3/14) noise in left area when opening or closing trunk lid spot welds may have worked their way loose, drill welds and replace with high strength rivets.
LI72.12-P-058637 MAR14 – 222 with code 297 up to VIN 029143 rear door quarter windows roller blind loose incorrect installation can cause mechanism to jump out of guide, reposition mechanism.
LI72.00-P-058634 MAR14 – 222 wind noises at front door above 70 MPH main seal has insufficient contact with body in rear and upper area adjust door until optimum setting is achieved after adjusting front door the rear door must be adjusted to match front.

LI07.08-P-058759 MAR14 – 222 & 166 check engine light on otherwise no other engine performance issues, combustion misfire detection replace injector to cylinder logging misfire fault. Modified software for engine control unit to rectify problem is being prepared.

I imagine this relates to the back-up camera at night. I know that mine is quite dark and difficult to see much on the screen. Is this what this bulletin pertains to?

Considering the fix in question is for the Surround View option and the backup camera is really a subset of that feature, I'd imagine there to be a fix for those with just the backup camera.

FYI - just got my car back from the shop. The image is INFINITELY better than before at night. It actually makes the feature usable. If you happen to be in darker areas a lot, I highly recommend bringing the car in for the software update. Overall, very pleased that this has been addressed.
