My A45 Finally Arrived
The car is way better than I had expected it to be, definitely more fun than the C63 in my opinion. We should start a photo thread for all A45 drivers, would really like to see what people are getting done to theirs

Don't get me wrong, the C63 is still an amazing vehicle but the A45 just has this "go-cart" feel to it. Handles really well plus the acceleration on the 45 is pretty awesome too.

An A45 is more fun to drive than a C63 is because you can actually put all the power to the ground in most conditions plus you get a much sharper steering feedback. Aside from that you get a lot less nose dive under heavy braking and with AWD you will have much more confidence accelerating earlier out of the turns. It's the whole package that makes it a funner car to drive than a C63 (W204). But 2 fun factors the A45 cannot beat the C63 is the straightline acceleration from a roll and the V8 muscle car sound. I highly recommend any board members to head out to a local Merc dealer and test drive a A45/ CLA45 and experience it themselves. It's not the best elegant looking AMG out there but it's def the most fun to drive AMG for what you pay for. Just remember to test drive one with the optional AMG sports exhaust and pop it into manual or sports mode

You are going to love it no doubt!
The a45 is a stunning fun machine!
I agree with you, the go-kart feel is incredible.
However you need the performance exhaust on the a45 for sure!

I had C63 AMG also and changed to A45 AMG Edition 1.
For sure both are great car and I love them both.
A45 like you said Go-Kart ride is very fun and with AWD you get all the traction you need in dry or in rain. And what I love about is the that exhaust POPIN sound like WRC car.

The C63 has the advantage of momentum due to sheer mass whereas on the other hand the A45 has less mass and low power output. Cars with lower power outputs do well when they are light.
A larger engine will be easier to drive with a higher torque especially in heavy traffic and lower engine speeds.
