change rear brake pads
Hi All
Can some one tell me how to deactivate the read brake electronic park on my CLA45 so I can change by brake pads. I thought there was a setting that releases the callipers however cant find it anywhere.

Hi Ben
I had the same problem and somehow stumbled across a video on YouTube showing how to release the calipers. I have A45 but should be the same as yours i think. You should do the following procedure but do it quick. Key in ignition turn to position 1 press and hold phone answer button then press and hold OK in about 5 seconds the menu will appear scroll down to PAD REPLACEMENT then OK and OK again you should hear the calipers retracting. Then it's pretty same as changing any brakes. Hope this helps
