Dct cover
It looks like your DCT cover that's leaking. Would need a dealer to fix it. Some special tools required to calculate the shim thickness when replacing the cover.

I have same issue and oil drop same spot.

yes it was the gasket of dct housing cover, replying that cover leak stop.

Leaking spot
