GT 55 faint tap/clunk in seat

Anyone else with a c192 GT coupe experiencing a faint clunk/tap in the bottom of your seat? Usually frel
it when I turn or go from reverse to drive. The sensation almost feels like cracking your back, only in the bottom of the seat. I thought it might be a loose seat bolt, or even something rolling around under the seat but neither problems are there. Driving me absolutely nuts!!

I found a solution (kind of). If I lower the front part of the seat down as far as it goes towards the floor, the problem is gone. My theory is that it creates more pressure directly under your butt since your weight is no longer distributed from butt to knees on the seat. And with more weight on the seat in that area, it compresses the foam more so it doesn’t move/clunk.
