Hello Everyone,

I just picked up a 2024 GT55 and had the center screen replaced at the dealer. After getting the car back, I noticed the plastic trim just below the button row is loose — it visibly indents when pressed (see attached photo).

I don’t recall it being like this before, but the service advisor says it’s normal. Can any GT55 or GT63 owners confirm if this trim piece is supposed to be firm or have some play?

nope not normal, it might be a clip issue, make them fix it. Or very least let them prove another vehicle on the lot does the same thing.
