Blurbs:2019 Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe first drive: Barely tamed
The best, most complete four-door performance vehicle in the world.
New four-door, four-wheel-drive GT may be a confusing car to contemplate, but it’s a deeply impressive one to drive2019 Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door Coupe first drive review: Beautiful brutality
from roadshow:
The GT 63 S has a number of track-friendly tricks up its sleeve including adaptive dampers with air springs, rear-wheel steering, a rear-axle limited-slip differential and the aforementioned variable all-wheel-drive system. Sport Plus programming yields confident and drama-free cornering with some slight push at turn-in before latching on and tracking through a turn, the meaty 275/35ZR21 front and 375/30ZR21 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires providing tremendous grip. There's strong braking muscle from the optional carbon-ceramic discs, too. Everything about my first track run in the GT 63 S inspires tons of confidence and gives a solid first impression of the AMG's incredible prowess.
I'm still enjoying decidedly brisk laps considering the very wet conditions. The GT has solid wet-weather track capabilities

2013 CLS63
cant even take it seriously. I need to see a picture of it lowered a tad and then I will be able to form an opinion. Could be a nice option for me personally but it looks like an suv with that suspension right now.

I think people are looking at raised suspensions while out driving and testing...it has air suspension and raises up....

Not feeling it either. It does not look as good as the CLS and it'd better not be 200K cause it will sit on the lot. The trunk not going to be big enough to stuff the discount they need to throw at this to make it move.
Sure the interior looks cooler than an E but not $75K worth.

I'm not surprised it drives well. I just don't understand how they can make it so ugly. They must have put serious effort into making it so ugly - this level doesn't just happen by accident.

2020 Audi R8 V10, 2016 AMG GTS, 2018 E63S Edition 1, 2018 Porsche GTS Cab, 2012 C63 BS
and for 190k this can be in your garage LOL
Pass.
And as much as a AMG Nut Hugger I am; this car doesnt appeal. The performance will have to be exponentially better than the E63S for me and I just dont see it. The engine, the weight, are the same. It might beat the E63S by a few ticks on the track or in the straights but its not ground breaking nor are the looks via these pics.

Just saw a new Panamera today and Porsche nailed that new cars exterior styling for a big car. Strangely this rear looks like old Panamera, as in unfinished. Especially that ****ty spoiler.

Sadly the pricing is just **** poor and the performance is not there either compared to the M5 or E.
