oem carkit > non oem radio W211

I am installing a Pioneer X1 in my W211 but i would like to retain my
oem carkit (6310) .

Does anybody know if there is an interface available to connect these
2 components since this carkit has a fiberoptic output ...

tnx.

OEM carkit I would take to mean the hands free kit for a cell phone? Pioneer sells one that can integrate into the N1 so I bet they have one for the X1
