Command HK Stereo upgrade

I recently purchased a 2005 c55 with Command, HK, etc. I am very unimpressed with sound quality. What are my upgrade options?
I have searched this forum, and haven't had any luck identifying good upgrade solutions for the 2005 Command-based system.

Yes, I was hoping for ideas on a stereo upgrade for under $100k, thanks.
Are there aftermarket amps that can hook up to the 2005 command system? What about speakers, connected to existing amp?

One way is to take the leads to the sub and throw it into an aftermarket amp and use that to power your subs. Is that what you want to do?
