Is the CD changer in an 04 and 02 C class the same?
Looking to buy a used one and just need to know if it's the same unit.

Wrong, Yes, it the same changer. 05 was the year of change from d2b to MOST.

maybe yes for the us ml... but no for the european model.. i have had both year models and the cd unit was not interchageable..

us model didnt get tv either.. or a 3 year warranty... never mind
