UHI kit
I'm ordering a new ML and was looking at the UHI kits. It says it supports the V60, V600, and V7-something, but each of those phones has the MB logo imprinted on it. Will the new UHI kits support non-MB phones, or are we still having to overpay for a MB phone? I was thinking that the UHI kits were being designed to support non-MB phones. Help please :-)

NOT in the US. What's called UHI in the US is not what UHI is elesewhere. We are limited to MB phones.

I retract my question. After viewing the mbusa feature spotlight, it was indicated that the phone system is MHI (which doesn't support non-MB phones), not UHI. I must be crazy, but I swore the brochure at the dealership said UHI. Oh well. Thanks for the help.

We can easily swap the UHI controller to an MHI controller. Also, if you want to save some cash, instead of getting MHI to start with, we can supply either the MHI or UHI kits.
With UHI you will get support of non-MB phones.
