Ipod hookup from Mecedes ?? What Happened .

Installed in C; still waiting for E
Got the iPod kit installed for my '05 C320W4. Dealer said that a kit was not yet available for my wife's '05 E320W4. Waiting for that to come since it is my wife who really needs the tunes.
Overall, it's a decent kit in that the sound quality is good. The display on the C only shows the first 10 characters or so of the song title and that's it. I was hoping for a little more information. Realistically, only shuffle mode makes sense. I understand the technical issues somewhat, but it is still a major disappointment that it doesn't try to use the Nav screen at all.
