Alpine CD Changer Ejects Cartridge Randomly
i installed an Alpine CHM-S630 6CD Changer in my 98 C280 (non-fiber optic) with a Peripheral adaptor back in September 2003. It's been working fine until about a month ago when it began ejecting the cartridge whenever the radio was turned on. Now, in addition to that, the changer ejects the cartridge in the middle of playing songs at random times. Anyone know what could be causing this?

it probably your trim plate, which covers your eject button, sent it to me and i can fix it for you, i'm new to the forum, and i'm electronic tech i work for alpine and repair alpine oem products for mb and bmw. if you need the help just let me know.
