I got the command and all and I am not interested in changing the head unit and I dont want subs, but what could i do about switching out my door speakers and maybe that sub on my rear deck with something better than the BOSE?????

I think you can amp it and put it some better speakers. Try MB Quart, Boston Acustics, Polk Audios, and such. You need to get more high end stuff with a decent amp to make it sound better than the Bose.
