Verizon has CDMA RAZR V3
Verizon is offering the CDMA version of the Motorola RAZR V3 (the V3c) on its website.
Like the GSM version, there is no known cradle for it; it is intended for use as a Bluetooth phone.

As long as the menus are logical, their appearance would rate dead last in my reasons for buying (or not buying) a phone.

The menus function fine and have a logical layout, however - especially in a list view.
