Mikbox is one of the options and the other is the bluetooth route.

Yes, and the 2000 MB hands-free system integration is still fantastic even compared to other manufacturer's current systems.

To upgrade your system for use with new handsets you can go aftermarket with the Mikbox or Argos system. You can also use MB factory parts for the upgrade and you'll need the MB puck, a V60 cradle, and a new V60 compatible PSE.

Contact some local shops in your area to see what they recommend and to get ideas on pricing.

Sammy, search for Mikbox and Bluetooth. You will come up with a TON of stuff. If you have questions after you read it, we'll try to answer.

Mikbox the way to go

Check out their Web site at www.mikbox.com.

The site tells you everything you need to go. You probably will need to update your linear compensator to dual band, which is what I'm considering because I have quite a bit of static with the Motorola v557 phone I bought (apparently a function of GSM phones, I was told).

I love the setup. It's easy to install, and it's very nice to be able to use the MB integrated phone system. Good luck.
