In-car camera surveillance
I'm looking for a surveillance system for my C class. Specifically, I'm seeking a system with motion-detector sensors that would activate a camera to take shots of the surroundings when someone touches the car. Lately someone has scratched my car and I can not absolutely tolerate a 2nd incident of such.

The factory makes interior motion sensors for the C class. It is a device that mounts in the headliner like a dome light. It detects motion and sets off the car alarm system.
It is a bit of a job to install, but it works. There is a thread that has part numbers, and install tips.

Cool idea if you find such a system for cheap let us all know. I have had similar incidents with a few of my cars, which i find completely unacceptanble.
One side note. I found some scratches on a mustang i used to own. turned out it was a neighborhood stray cat that like sitting on the warm hood. GL
