Anyone have any experience with the iTronic Bluetooth and iPod system:

Is there an agreement with MB? Any guess as to what professional installation would run? Can anyone suggest a South Florida installer?

Several contributors have written their experiences up, and a search should find them. A search of BenzWorld may also find some. There is no "agreement" with MB regarding the system.

Can't help with installation cost or installers.

I installed it myself in my '06 C280 about a month ago. The install was easy and straightforward. The sound quality is excellent - both incoming and outgoing. I use it with a 16gb iPhone. With the iPhone, the phonebook synchronization seems a bit buggy although if a caller is in my phonebook, their name does show up on the head unit (Audio 20) and the multi-function display.

I see you are in Coconut Grove. I am in Lake Worth. I don't know anyone in So. Fla. installing this unit although if you get the unit, anyone with a little experience could follow the instructions and do the work.

I've got this 2000 CLK 430 w. COMAND, no phone...I'd like to get bluetooth phone operation...

Any help would be great!

Get a Mobridge it works flawlessly with the command.

Hey badbenzz - it seems the mobridge units don't work for the CLK 2000 model year. Seems they would work with 2005 - 2009 according to their website.

Did you integrate one on a w208 (old style CLK)?
