2003 ML320

Stupid Radio Question

I have an '03 ML 320 (W163) that has only the cassette player behind the face plate. I checked the rear compartment and there is not a CD changer there.

My question is: I want to get a CD changer but since this model uses the fiber optic wires, do I have to use an OEM CD changer?

If not, what type of setup could I go with? I don't have to have the baddest & loudest ML out there, just want to enjoy my CDs.

I've seen some of the OEM changers on ebay (Christy_BMW is the seller) They are listed at about $210. Has anyone dealt with this ebay seller?

Does anyone have a stereo setup for sale?
