Replacing Bose System in 1998 C280
I am going to replace the Bose system in my 1998 C280. I wanted to know what size speakers will fit in the factory locations without major modifications and also any insights others had from installations they have done.

I hope we hear some advice on this. I've been wanting to do the same thing on my 98 E430. I think I want to change out the dash unit too. Mine came with cd changer but I don't like them. I'd rather put one in at a time in the car rather than have to get in the truck. I wonder if you can change out amps too without it looking obvious?
