VCS in a '07 CLK550
Does anyone know whether the voice control system (such as available as an option on the E series) can be added to the COMMAND system in a '07 CLK550 prewired for phone? TIA for any input.

Sunman, thanks for the heads up and in general, your expertise on this forum. I just took delivery of a '07 CLK550 with COMAND and prewired for phone. What components would I have to order, where can I get them, and how much would it cost? Also, how difficult is the install (I've done a fair amount of audio/electronics work on my Porsches before but am unfamiliar with the CLK as I don't have a service manual and wiring diagrams for it). Since I'm assuming that it would take some Star Diagnostics programming, what would it cost to have someone do the work? Thanks again.
