Command Navigation Re-calibration???

Good day all,

Yesterday I was on the freeway driving to my destination with the destination input in the command navigation. Boy was it off. It proceeds to tell me to take a left now(I am in the fast lane of the freeway by the way). A left turn will put me into the freeway median concrete. This is the first time I have used the navigation and I understand it is not like Lexus(my daily driver), but WTH?? Does anyone know how to recalibrate the navigation? By the way it is a 2006 SL55 and it is DVD based.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your insight.

Have a great day!

There is nothing to calibrate. Take it to the dealer.

Yes, there are calibration settings. Go into NAV and then to settings and you will see the settings there to change tire size, etc.

When my MY 05 COMMAND acts up, dropping breadcrumbs and my vehicle several hundred feet to the side of my location, well off the roadway. I have found that ejecting and replacing the DVD NAV disc causes a system reset and the COMMAND then behaves.
