Adding new subs to an '02 E320 /w Bose

2002 E320 4MATIC
Question Adding new subs to an '02 E320 /w Bose
If the 2 6.5" rear deck subs are 2 Ohms, and if I take those out and place an LOC in their place...

Do I need an amp/sub with the 2 Ohm specification?
