Help replacing Head Unit on 1992 300SE

Hi,

I really need some help please :-)

I've got a 1992 300SE. It has the 11 speakers with Bose Amp. I'd like to change the head control unit in the dash. Has anyone done this and connected it to the existing Bose Amp? Please exaplain how?

I'd really prefer not to toss out the speakers and amp as they work fine.

Thanks in advance.

Try swstero.com. The guy seems to know his stuff for your vintage.

Do you have a fader knob by the gear shift? I think those do and if so, you will only find left and right stereo wires at the radio. You can find all four at the fader dial. Please PM me for details.
