command upgrade problem
I have the following problem:
I have an SLK R171 with the dvd at the back. Two days ago i upgrade the navigator from 3.0 to 5.0 without problem. After this i try to upgrade to 6.0, and after 45 minutes, the process was still at half. Then i extract the DVD and i have an fatal error in the navigator. I power off the car and put my version 5 and all was ok. But now when i put a different version from 5, the command tells me that there is no DVD. Please help me.

It sounds as if you have a Euro spec car; if that's the case, I can't help. But if you tell us with certainty the model year of your car, and your geographic location - at least the continent - someone experienced with your model and nav system can probably help.
