HELP ME PLEASE!!! 02 Cl600

I have an 02 cl600 with command and want to add an IDMAX 10" sub (excellent free air replacement for factory setup) with an MB quart 1200.1 D 1200 watt RMS amp. I also want to change all speakers to Image dynamics chamelion components amplified by more MB Quart amps... full speaker upgrade... I do want to keep the HU it is fiber out I think D2B???. How can i do it??? Is there an interface?? please post then pm me with answers if anyone has solutions. Thanks. The first round of equipment is on the way. (sub, amp, cap and connectors)

A CL600 must have a sound system amplifier too. You would then have D2B fibre from the HU to the current amplifier. Perhaps it would be best to keep the current amplifier "just to have a copper wire audio output". Some level shifter from speaker signals to line output level and that connected to the new amps?

Yes, In the last few moments I have found many Line output converters on ebay. However, I do not know the output of the amps in the car. So, I need to know what the amps are rated to match them to the LOC... prices range from $12 to $500.... Where can I find all the audio info for my car.... speaker sizes and amp ratings/location??
