Hi there
I recently purchased a Peripheral Connex2Car PXA07 iPod to Sony car stereo adaptor, which allows me to listen to music on my iPod thru my Sony CDX-GT700D head unit via the auxillary ports at the back of the unit.
I've successfully wired everything so that I can play music and all, however, I'm not sure where to hook up the black ground wire and red constant 12V+ wire, so I'm able to charge my iPod as well.
The black wire has a metal loopy thing on the end, whereas the red wire is just a normal looking wire.
What I'm stuck on is where do I hook up these 2 wires in a year 2000 W202 C240? The instruction manual tells me to hook the red wire to the 12V+ ignition wire (wherever that is lol), and the black wire to ground (again, wherever that is lol). Any help would be appreciated!!![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Sorry if this is a really simple question, but I'm a real noob when it comes to mods to my car lol.

Well the fact that you are asking about an after market radio and aftermarket adaptor for it should have been your first clue..
You should try to search a forum or a website that deals with the units you have in your car.. That would help..
