You are talking about the fibre cables from the CDC. Those are supposed to be used to make a fibre ring with your D2B (MOST) devices. If you do not have any other fibre device in the car, then both go directly to the Comand. Does you Comand have a D2B interface?

The changer would need wake-up, ground and power too but you don't need to wire these from Comand.

i believe it has the d2b interface but i am not sure. how does it look? i have an adapter to connect a dvd or rear camera. i don't have any other d2b devices. how do i connect the cdc in and out to the comand? when i pulled the cover off i didn't see a terminal connector to snap it on the pin. i heard it need to connect to c1 pin 5 and 6

there should be a seperate fiber optic connector on the back of the comand, you can plug the cable directly into the back of the comand.

Since your car is a pre-d2b model, you will have to run the necessary fiber cables to the trunk. 2 fiber cables from comand to trunk. You should have an existing harness in the trunk for the older changer that goes to the older radio. You can use 3 of these wires to power the changer. You will need wakeup, ground (locally) and power (constant usually from changer)

Make sure you get the correct rear bracket and wood panel also.
