What's with trailer parks on my Navteq update?
I just loaded the latest Nav disc (NTG2 v.5.0) for my '06 C-class and I now I have all these mobile home parks tagged. Is there anyway to turn them off (they don't show on the icons menu), or has Mercedes Benz changed their target demographic?

The feature is poorly documented, but it can be very useful - it's called the "Personal Symbol Display." I don't know where it is discussed in your COMAND manual, but it is accessed by pressing any soft key and selecting the "Display" menu then the "Symbol" menu. You will have 3 choices: Default, Personal, and None.
If you select "Personal" you will have a number of options - you can display grocery stores, ATMs, parking lots, hospitals, and the like. You can deselect "mobile home park" - funny, I never noticed that even being there.
Personally, I always display parking lots and hospitals. Both have been useful, especially in unfamiliar areas.
