can i add a 2DIN stereo system in CLK320 with none BOSE system with CD player ?
i have a CLK320 with none bose system but with CD player
can i add a 2DIN stereo system ? do i need to change all the speaker too ??

...............I you don't need to change your speakers. You will have to do what is called an "Amp Bypass." You will need to change your Cd changer.

You should have no problem installing a Double-DIN stereo in the CLK. Plenty of space
