2004 CLK500 & Dension iPod

Does anyone know if this car is D2B or MOST? It has command/nav, but is the older Bose "audiopilot" system. I'm considering buying the CLK, but I won't buy a car that can't be fitted with a Dension unit. I have one in my 2000 SL and one in my 2008 ML550 (one D2b & one MOST); both work great. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

- FD

Hi, Floobydust - still the coolest screen name on the site!

According to the phone bulletins at http://home.earthlink.net/~phdwebsit..._bulletins.htm, the 2004 CLK Coupe and CLK Cab are both D2B; and all of the audio is on the fiber optic ring. You should be good to go with the D2B version of the Gateway 500.
