Radio/Cd changer not working
I have a C 230 2003. As you could imagine in these 6 disc changer, one cd got stuck. I opened the glovebox, removed the face plate and jiggle and used some plyers to loosen it up. Nothing except a small spark (though the keys were out).
Now the unit does not work and the radio has zero power. I just found out how to remove the cd changer and it seems easy enough. I will do it this Friday. I believe that there maybe a short circuit somewhere??
I checked the fuse box and did not see any burned ones. I am thinking that I have to remove the cd changer, remove the stupid cd and then hopefully reconnect it all and it will be fixed.
Please help me out, is there somewhere else to look? is there a special reset button? Everything else works fine except the radio and the cd changer.
