What is involved in upgrading the navigation system on a 2003 s class to a MOST system from a 2004+ s class?

What are the risks? How much will it cost? How much could I sell my current nav unit for on ebay? How much rewiring is involved? What are the specific differences in functionality between the two models? It's a major job. Need to replace CD, phone, teleaid, controller as well as some electrical and fiber optic cabling. Almost certainly less cost-effective than trading car in on a 2004. The MOST COMAND is much improved -- DVD nav, better interface, faster nav, DVD audio. A US COMAND will not be able to be converted to display DVD video. You need a Euro-COMAND for that.
