Subwoofer Problem...

Subwoofer Problem...
The car is a 94 e320. I have one 12" Audiobahn AW1206t (1100 rms) and a 2 channel Power Acoustik 1800 watt amp. I have it bridged because that's how the audio shop told me to hook it up....but anyways..
The power wire came out of the amp when the sub box slid into it in the trunk, and so I hooked it back up and everything seemed fine. Then when I got to work, I checked the trunk to make sure everything was okay, and when I moved the amp, the remote wire came out! And ever since then, every time I turn the car on or off, it hits one or two times. But the weirdest part is now when I'm driving with the volume all the way down, the sub continues to produce bass, and not even in the rhythm of the song. SO what's going on here!?
