Custom Fiberglass Subwoofer Box For Sale
I was never impressed with the Harmon-Kardon subwoofer/system in my 2003 E500, so I upgraded mine.
I had an awesome installer make me a custom blown fiberglass box that sits right into the port on the right side of the trunk, taking less than 10% of the space. I had installed a JL 10W3 (10" subwoofer), and an Alpine 150 watt amp I guess where the Nav system typically would be.
It obviously was custom, and will not fit in my new Lexus. The box alone cost me $450 only 18 months ago, and still looks brand new. I'll let it go for $250 shipped.
I do not know the exact volume of the box, but was told that it is just over the recommended settings for JL to allow a little more air space. It is not a ported box, and was stuffed with polyfill when I removed the sub before selling.
Please let me know if you're interested.

Someone Paypal'ed me the $250 last week, then bailed. It's back up for sale. The sub and amp are available as well.

What are the dimensions of the box? How would it fit in the truck of my W209? Also, what model Alpine amp is that?

Sorry in advance if this is confusing, but I thought this may be the easiest way:
1- 16.75in (vertically)
2- 10.25in (sorry there are two of them)
3- 7.25in (length of the curve)
4- 12in
5- 16.75in
6- 31in
7- 11in height
8- 15in height at the low point
9- 16in height at the high point
The model of the Alpine is PDX 2x150, sells for $450 new.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
