Catching the pesky vandals - image or video capture

Have my car parked in a 12 slot secured parkade in my condo.

Someone in the 12 unit condo bldg is vandalizing my car with little dents and scratching headlight etc.

Before I fix it all I want to install a portable, battery or DC powered motion sensing pic or video device / system to get the loser in the act and prosecute.

Low light, low traffic, need good image quality. Can't hard wire to the parking but could run some wires / cables in the car for a camera that I could just turn off and toss under the seat when I drive.

Also want to view on a standard PC with windows media player or other generic video players via plug & play or SD card.

Whats a good low-mid cost solution? Many thanks.

Since I'm in Hong Kong again, for like the 3rd time this year, I'll ask around here since they tend to have the most modern tech and innovative solutions. The Chinese are pretty smart!

The Scytek VisionGuard 8000 is all you need. Go to onlinecarstereo.com & look it up. I'm thinking about it myself.

A buddy of mine has that alarm system in his vehicle & he loves it. There's really not much info on the Scytek VisionGuard. As you can see, that review was from 2007. I guess it just preference.
