COMAND APS NTG 2.5
Hi guys!
Fitted a NTG 2.5 comand in my 211, swapped it out for a Audio20 CD.
Ordered a wiringset from Kabeldawiko, so now the unit is partly working..
But I haven't got any sound..
When using SDS trying to program the COMAND unit a fault message appears--> "Can't establish connection with AGW"...
anyone know any solutions?

I didn't see one either wonder why it's trying to establish a connection with it. I looked a little more and I did see 211-870-69-89 that says it's the AGW and it has codes 810 for sound system and 528 for Command. Do you not consider this an AGW ? If it's not OE does he need it for the command to work possibly?

You are not supposed to be able to reach the NTG2.5 Comand with star on an older W211.
The Sound system audio amplifier for the NTG2.5 is not an AGW because the AGW functionality is part of the head unit (unlike on the older W211 with Comand).
The NTG2.5 Sound system amplifier is called AGW at EPC if I remember right, even if it isn't an AGW.

Diesel is right on the money, as usual. The NGT2.5 head has an integrated AGW. The "bigger" problem is getting around the coding / compatibility issues, and you need someone who knows what they are doing with DAS in engineering or development mode.
There could be any number of problems - I'm assuming you picked up a second hand NTG2.5 unit. First thing to check is to go into the audio settings menu and see if "Logic 7" is available as an option. If it is, your head was configured to use an external HK AMP, and until you can re-code that, you are not going to get sound.
If your unit came from Lithuania, I've seen 3 in the last month that came from cars with HK (810) sound installed, so you will get nothing out of the head until that's sorted.
If that's not the problem, then it gets a lot more complex to troubleshoot.
