Where can I buy a CD changer "Box"

I bought an opitical CD changer for my '99 CLK. I've noticed in pictures of the mercedes cd changers that some come with a "box" type holder. It looks like it is probably made of wood or plastic with felt covering it. The changer slides right into it.

Does anybody know where I can buy one of these?

I may be wrong, but if you are talking about the changer mounted in the right side of the trunk well, its not really a box.

The changer is mounted on a bracket, which is screwed onto the inner trunk wall (near the spare). Around the changer is a felt cover (it goes around the entire changer) with a cover/lip that goes over the face of the changer.

You can get an actual 'box' made, which is what i have rather than the factory bracket.

Do you know where I can have one made?

Also, in regard to the bracket--are there exising holes for it, or do you need to drill into the metal "wall" that seperates the battery compartment from the cd compartment. I have what I believe is the bracket for the clk, but can't figure how it is mounted...

This is the bracket I have: (is it the correct one?)

You can have one made at any metal fabrication shop. I am sure there are plenty around you.

The bracket from Mercedes has a portion that hooks over the edge of the hole into the trunk floor. There are two existing holes there to screw the bracket in.

The bracket you have is probably the correct one, but it is not the one that Mercedes provides and will probably not use the holes already existing in your car.

The OEM bracket is available from your dealer.
