What is this device?
On my 2001 ML320 there is a device under the passenger's seat, it is Mercedes-Benz/Motorola branded, so I am assuming it is either the phone or the GPS but I have been unable to figure it out. The information shown on the label is:

Mercedes-Benz A220 820 21 85
Motorola MBNAMC0301
Serial SC00011186

Any idea anyone?

Both responses are correct; Tele-Aid unit is the more common term in the U.S.
