Question Hard reset for a 2009 Comand radio system

How do I do a hard reset on a 2009 Comand system. I have a 2009 R-320

Take the fuse off, or unplug the battery cable.

beater with a heater
doesn't reset under system/vehicle work? basically it resets the whole comand

Should have mentioned that, I just considered this as a SW reset but if the OP had not tried it yet, should start with this option.
