2009 E63, 2008 997 TT

Music Registry

Cant seem to get the music registry to load any MP3 onto the hard drive - any help is apprecaited...it doesnt seem to recongize any disc I put in..also, can I copy MP3s from the IPOD directly onto the registry?

does the disc you are trying to load contain mp3' s or regular music CD's. I believe it can only load discs with mp3's and not regular music CD's (which would require conversion of CDA files to mp3's).

MP3s - still not giving me the function to copy - cant make any sense of it..thanks for responding

I think the registry is limited to 2GB. Is it possible you're full up?

on my GL i think we have 4gb capacity, but that could be it.

also, maybe check and see if bitrate is acceptable. i think manual has outline as to acceptable bitrate.

yes, I have 4gb - and its all available - dont understand what I'm doing wrong..burning MP3s..putting the disc in, and the copy option does not highlight in the music registry..just dont get it..I even used the tele aid..they couldnt help me
