I have a 2008 S class with an iPod cable in the glove box. I also have the 3G cradle in the center console. Sometimes, I want to listen to music off my larger hard drive based iPod and sometimes I want to listen to newer music on my iPhone. Is there a way to have a cable that connects to the 3G cradle and to switch between the two?

I notice there is an line in jack and have a mid-city cable to allow switching between line and iPod. Curious if the line could be used to connect to the iPhone
