Problem with RES Screen, No Command Video option
Had to have a broken RES dvd screen replaced in my 2009 GL. It is the newer system that integrates with the new Command system. For some reason, the option to select Command Video and Command Audio in AUX is not there. My dealer has not figured it out yet. Any ideas. Did they forget to plug something in? Is there some programming they did not do?

If your system doesnt have one or more of these options then your comand needs to be re coded via scn coding.

The only thing that was changed was the drivers sided RES screen, and that is the one that does not have the option to watch what is playing on the front Command screen. The passenger side RES screen works fine. In AUX on the rear driver's side RES screen, the 2 Command options are not there at all.
