Welcome to the forum.
If you want the newest nav CDs for your car, the part number is BQ 6 46 0248 and it was an '09 release. Its immediate predecessor was a 1/07 release, pat number BQ 6 46 0222. You will probably want as late a release as you can get. MB has discontinued the earlier "C" nav discs, with the last release in '04. I don't know when they might discontinue the "D" nav discs (for your car) - but you don't want to get stuck with a very old set.
Your source for single discs will be other members here or ebay. Pay attention to the part numbers, type disc set ("C" or "D" - "C" won't work at all in your car), and release date. Safest source is the entire set from your dealer.
If your dealer provides a higher part number, it may be a new release - the time for another update is approaching. Just be sure it's for a CD set, and not for a DVD.
