You will probably lose weatherband - I suspect you might mess up AM aswell, but since thats actually a software config, it will quite probably stay at the US frequency spacing (and not switch the the european one)

I beleive the hardware (with exception of the "TV" button logo) is the same. Although I have played with a number of EU comand units (i.e taken to pieces) I havent ever had my hands on a US one

I have XM Radio so weatherband and AM loss don't bug me a bit... if anyone can send me the CD or images I'd be very very grateful.
