Another Sirius install question
Just purchased an 08 E350 black/black that was sold as having the Sirius option installed. Turns out it doesn't. The dealer is telling me it is NOT possible to add this functionality to the command unit as the car is not prewired and that a cheap Sirius receiver is my only option if I want satellite. This is not what I wanted. Having read most of the Sirius threads on this forum I'm not convinced that this is impossible to add, as I've read about other users on this forum retro fitting Sirius on non prewired models. Is the 08 E350 model different than others?
What do you guys think, can it be added or am I going to be left looking at another solution. Thanks in advance for any help.
