The volume dial in my 06 CLS55 (Comand unit) is all out of whack. It sometimes won't lower or raise the volume when I go to use it. I apply a little downward pressure and it works as it should...

It appears (IMO) to be a contact issue, but I'm not sure if the part is even serviceable? Has anyone experienced this or know of a fix for it?

Any help and or advice would greatly be appreciated.

if ur under warrenty, get the dealer to change out the comand..
