Which head unit is it? An NTG2.5 with an SD-card slot? Did you put a mini or a micro card? I cannot think of an incorrect sized card with the PCMCIA interface.

I assume you have tried tweezers and similar tools, if a vacuum cleaners would suck it, I guess the head unit must be dismantled.
