E350 Coupe question

I just purchase 2010 E350 Coupe and have a question.

I was watching CNET Video, it seems like my car has 3d navigagtion display options and bird's eye view display options but I can't find those menu from my HDD navigation.

I was trying to find the instruction from manual but no help over there.

Does anybody know how to use 3d or Bird's eye feature setting?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

At least on most other MB Comand units you select Bird's eye view from the "Map orientation" menu (North up, heading up, Bird's eye view). You should find it from your Comand manual if it is different.

Thanks for the reply,

The problem is my dealership never provided command operator's manual when I purchased the car.

Choose NAVI > MAP ORIENTATION > BIRDS EYE VIEW

You might find less detail (such as upcoming road names) in Birds Eye View, although this may just be where I am.

If you PM me your email, I can send you a pdf of the W212 COMAND Manual to refer to until your dealer gets you one (as they should) .

When is your dealer going to give you a paper copy? Everyone can download the pdf-copy for US cars, here, or from MBUSA website:

Thanks for posting this link! I am still waiting for my dealer to provide me with owner's manuals (and a second key) and have been looking for the comand manual on-line without success.
